Seller-managed national delivery: what to check before ordering
Understand delivery charges, minimum spend and address details before comparing shopping baskets.

Free delivery changes the comparison
A delivery fee can make a low-priced item more expensive than the same item elsewhere. Compare the total basket rather than the product price alone. Some shops apply minimum-spend thresholds or location conditions, so read the current delivery policy rather than assuming every offer works the same way.
Planet24’s nationwide policy
Planet24 sellers arrange national delivery, with transport included in product prices. This applies across provinces, not only Johannesburg, Cape Town or Durban. Included transport does not mean every item is in stock or available for immediate dispatch.
Give the courier a usable address
Include the street number, building or complex name, unit number, suburb, city, province and postcode. A city name alone is not a delivery address. For an estate or office, add access instructions that do not expose sensitive security codes publicly.
Separate cost from speed
Delivery cost and delivery timing answer different questions. If you need something for an event, confirm the estimate for the actual product and address. Instant or same-day delivery is subject to availability for the seller, product and actual address; confirm the delivery window before ordering.
