This manual explains how to request access to records held by Planet24, as required by the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) and POPIA.
2. Contact details
Submit Planet24 records-access enquiries through the official contact channels on our Contact Us page. The appointed Information Officer's details and physical/postal address require confirmation before they can be published.
3. Information Regulator guide
A guide on how to use PAIA is available from the Information Regulator at inforeg.org.za, or by email at enquiries@inforeg.org.za.
4. Records we hold
Categories of records include:
- company records: incorporation documents, statutory registers;
- financial records: accounting records, tax returns, invoices;
- customer records: accounts, orders, correspondence;
- seller records: applications, verification documents, payout records;
- personnel records, where applicable;
- IT records: system logs, security and audit records.
5. Records available without a request
Our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Returns Policy and this manual are published on the Platform.
6. How to request access

7. Grounds for refusal
Requests may be refused on the grounds set out in Chapter 4 of Part 3 of PAIA, for example to protect another person's privacy or commercial information.
8. Processing of personal information
The purposes of processing, categories of data subjects, recipients and security measures are described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this manual.
