Write an address someone can find
For Durban, Pietermaritzburg, Richards Bay, Newcastle and other KwaZulu-Natal towns, include your suburb, street number and postcode. If the property has more than one entrance, describe the correct entrance. A landmark can supplement a formal address, but should not replace it where a street address exists.
Choose a reachable recipient
Use a contact number you can answer and an address where the parcel can be received. If the order is a gift, confirm the recipient’s details privately and keep the purchaser’s order reference. Do not publish the recipient’s phone number in a product review.
Compare everyday essentials carefully
Check pack sizes, quantities and model versions. Two listings with similar pictures may contain different quantities or accessories. For household items, compare the actual contents instead of assuming the display photograph shows everything included.
