Using a Planet24 seller store page
Find a seller’s public products and reviews without confusing them with the marketplace itself.

Open the seller from the product
Where a listing identifies a seller, select the seller’s name to open the public store. The page brings together that seller’s listed products and published reviews. Check the individual product page for the exact specification and price.
Understand empty sections
A store with no listed products or no reviews may simply have little public information available. Planet24 does not fill those sections with invented ratings. An empty review section should prompt careful product checks rather than an automatic conclusion about quality.
Keep enquiries specific
When contacting Planet24 support, provide the seller name, product link and question. For an existing purchase, include the order reference as well. Never send account credentials or payment codes to someone claiming to help with a store purchase.
