Prepare your account, basket and delivery details, with a clear note on current payment availability.

Create your own account
Use an email address you can access and a password you do not reuse elsewhere. Keep your sign-in details private. Your customer account is where you can review orders and saved delivery addresses.
Check every basket item
Read the product specification, seller information and quantity. Catalogue examples are not confirmation of live stock. Compare the exact model or size and read the delivery and returns policies before submitting an order.
Know the current checkout stage
Online payments are currently disabled on Planet24 while the payment provider is being prepared. Do not send money to an account supplied in an unsolicited message. An order awaiting payment is not a completed paid purchase and does not confirm dispatch.
